Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our commitment is that you be satisfied with your purchase. If you give your best efforts to apply all of the strategies in the program and you are not satisfied or feel that you’ve received value, you can email us at support@livelifeunafraid.com prior to the deadline outlined below for a refund, less any external fees and subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for a full refund: You will be eligible for one full refund per year. In the case of a program series, you will be eligible for one refund per program series, regardless of whether the series crosses over a calendar year.
Deadline for a full refund: To be eligible for a full refund, you must submit your request no later than 30 days after you’ve signed up for the program. This is because we want you to give your best efforts to the program before deciding that it isn’t working for you. This deadline is a firm deadline.
Completed course work required: When you make your request for a refund, you must include the course work you have completed. We want to make sure you’ve given your best efforts to implementing the program without success, and also learn how we might improve. You must email your coursework (found in your course dashboard) prior to the deadline for requesting a refund.
No looky-loos: Please do not sign up for the Coursework unless you intend to give it a go. We put our best efforts into designing a program to help our clients live their best life. Serious clients only!
Company discretion: All refunds will be either approved or denied in the Company’s sole discretion.
